The Stock Market Crash of 1929 began with Black Thursday (October 24) and escalated on Black Tuesday (October 29), with 16 million shares sold in panic. Crowds gathered outside the New York Stock Exchange, devastated by their financial losses, and tragically, some took their own lives. But was this crash an inevitable collapse or a crisis that could have corrected itself?
