This is a fairly old Black MIDI created by ThinkerAI, the same author from Shanghai Teahouse 3 Million and Remillia Scarlet's Theme 1.49 Million. This is one of his only works that has a fairly small note-count. It has a raster of note-art on it that is made to move along with the melody in a nice harmonic way. It also contains a shitload of strum notes, which makes it really hard to get good quality audio, nonetheless It still worked out for me!
