Pouring Medium and Cell Activator are the two things that create the magic with blooms. My first Shelee bloom is made with a thick double cell activator and the final bloom was constructed with black pouring medium over all of the colors. My cell activator is a litte on the thick side because I left it out overnight but the recipe is the same. For my in depth pouring medium please check out this video: youtu.be/yxzP3ZVMZfE
