đ„ KowakujĆ Easter Egg Boss Fight â Cursed Tier 2
In this video, we take on the KowakujĆ Main Quest Easter Egg on Cursed Tier 2, culminating in the final battle against Nyxara at Nyxaraâs Ruin.
After completing the full Easter Egg and reaching the final encounter, the fight becomes a three-phase battle built around capturing flag zones to create temporary immunity windows. Onis carrying flags spawn throughout the arena. Once an Oni is defeated, its flag can be carried to the corresponding capture point and planted. Completing the capture creates a protected zone that allows us to survive Nyxaraâs attacks while dealing damage to the dragon.
đ Cursed Tier 2 Changes
Cursed Tier 2 makes the Nyxara encounter considerably more demanding. Community reports specifically identify super-sprinting enemies and an additional flag capture required in each phase, meaning the fight begins with two flag captures in Phase 1 and increases to four in Phase 3.
That makes objective management even more important. Every flag has to be collected, transported and captured while dealing with stronger, faster enemies and Nyxaraâs attacks.
đ„ Phase 1 â Eyes
The first phase revolves around Nyxaraâs eyes, which serve as the primary weak points.
The objective is to eliminate the flag-carrying Oni, take the flag to the marked zone and complete the capture. Once the protected zone appears, use the immunity window to focus fire on Nyxaraâs eyes and deal as much damage as possible.
On Cursed Tier 2, this process has to be repeated for the additional flag requirement before progressing through the phase. Donât waste the protected window â this is where the majority of your damage should be dealt.
đ Phase 2 â Escalation
Once Nyxara loses roughly one-third of her health, the encounter escalates.
Additional weak points become available across her body, while Nyxara introduces more dangerous attacks, including electrified tornadoes, lava attacks and fire breath that can restrict sections of the arena.
The flag mechanic continues, but Cursed Tier 2 requires the additional capture, meaning there is more time spent fighting Onis and securing the zones before another protected damage opportunity becomes available.
A Max Ammo and Max Armor pickup appears between phases, giving us an opportunity to replenish before continuing into the later stages of the fight.
đ Phase 3 â Final Assault
The final phase is where the fight reaches its peak.
Nyxara gains her fireball attack, which can be devastating, while her critical weak points move toward her wings.
Cursed Tier 2 makes this section particularly demanding because the final phase requires four flag captures according to community reports. Super-sprinting enemies add even more pressure while youâre trying to locate the flag-carrying Onis and complete each capture.
The safest approach is to prioritise the flag objective, secure the immunity zone and then concentrate all available damage on Nyxaraâs wings. Once the zone disappears, immediately return to dealing with the next flag carrier rather than trying to force damage while exposed.
âïž THE FINAL BLOW
After surviving all three phases, completing the required captures and burning through Nyxaraâs remaining health, the dragon finally falls.
With Nyxara defeated, the KowakujĆ Main Quest is completed, freeing Takeo and Carverâs souls, securing the World Seed and triggering the Easter Eggâs ending sequence.
