The Black Ops 3 Gunsmith is where you can custom build your own guns. All the weapons you customize in the Gunsmith Mode can have a Custom Camo, Paint Job, Optics, & Attachments. However, if you are on Last-Gen consoles you will not have the Weapon Paint feature. It is only for current gen(Xbox One, Playstation 4, & PC). All this info comes from the newly announced Multiplayer reveal of Black Ops 3 at E3 2015.
