Make sure you are hovering over 'Barracks'
Find the player who's emblem you want to take,
Click their player card the quickly go up to 'emblems'
Straight a way push 'B,B,B,A,A,B,A'
(PS3. O,O,O,X,X,O,X)
It should come up with their emblems as seen in video

This does take a few attempts so you may have to repeat the process a few times
