Here's how I beat Black Wind King in Black Myth Wukong.
Easily the most difficult no damage fight so far. The boss input reads everything, so you have to play very conservatively to no damage. You can't really preemptively attack, you shouldn't do long combos as he can interrupt them, you should keep your distance, don't activate skills for the most part, and don't transform unless you know exactly when to do it.
Basically know he'll input read your movements so you're best to wait it out and play a counter attack game.
I invested points into getting two focus points for fast charge attacks as that helps with his tornado phase, plus the rest went into maintaining a combo after dodging and, importantly, stamina. Stamina stamina stamina for this one, as it helps you do the charge attacks without an issue.
The biggest problem with this boss is his input reading and teleporting into insta-attacks. That and his shoulder charge insta attack is very hard to avoid if you decide to engage him front on.
You have to be very careful transforming too as he will input that and rush you. He can also nullify immobilization, and will often turn into his wisp form when you trigger it anytime other than immediately after he has just been in that form. This can work for you though, if you're using charge attacks to take a lot of damage off him when he lands in the center, you might want to use immobilize on him to make him transform.
A maybe useful tip, which you'll see me do, is when you spot him teleporting that's a perfect moment to transform into fire wolf dude. If you do that with the right timing, and with your back to a wall, it will usually nullify his arrival attack and then you can dodge out. You do, however, have to time it perfectly otherwise you'll take damage. It took me lots of practice and I still didn't get it right every time, but I did it more than once so I think it's meant to make you intangible for a moment. Just don't preemptively transform if you don't want to take damage, as doing so will trigger him to mess you up. It is also possible I got lucky each time I did it, since I reallly had only just started playing around with timing transform when I got the no damage.
Overall this boss is a bit too difficult to no damage due to all the different moves he can do at any one point, so I don't recommend trying tbh unless, like me, you just like to punish yourself with an absurd challenge lol.
