Hi Everyone, today I’m sharing with you my explanation and analysis of Fifteen Million Merits.

This episode is the second installment of the first series of Charlie Brooker’s acclaimed show Black Mirror, which can currently be streamed on Netflix.

The story revolves around Bing and Abi.

The pair are trapped in a dystopian future world and Bing wants to help Abi find a better life for herself through the salvation of reality TV.

It’s a great episode and one that makes us take a long hard look at our own society, the celebrity culture we worship and our value systems.
