I'm sorry for say this, this is actually a bug in PipiraMine's software but i didn't actually use MIDITrail-ish with 2 decimals places, bugfixed bpm, and precise timer this is actually rendered with CJC note counter.
Note: Copying this diagnosis reports the tempo in UMP as 107.99～165.00, because it's a bug.
Aviutl couldn't render with .avi but rather .png, i used to render by tying in command prompt here,
such as ffmpeg -f image2 -i "C:\Users\CrisCach\Videos\ddjr15yocollab_%06d.png" etc. output "C:\Users\CrisCach\Videos\ddjrs15yocollabBalkmidi.mp4" to render a 25 fps output
then i render in normal speed using setpts because im using Win 11:
