The finale is finally here - which of course concludes this series that I have spent the last good 8 months on. When I initially composed this 17-minute song back in 2019, I definitely did not expect myself to come this far as to even include a storytelling element to it. I'm really proud of this work and in some ways, I see this as my best black MIDI work to date.
The finale itself was intended to be two chapters, but since the last chapter only covers the conclusion of the story, it was too short so I decided to merge chapters 4 and 5 together.
Many of this chapter's notearts were intended to reference the original art used in Edge of the Seas, which is where the inspiration for this series came from.
I'd also like to credit Kieran Mitchell here, who continued to help me write and refine the plotline for this and all other chapters.

[Chapter 1: Call of the Relic]
A seafaring voyager discovered a fragment of a mysterious relic in his journey. To realize its purpose, he must guide himself with the courage needed to follow the call of the relic.
This is the beginning of my biggest Black MIDI project to date - what started as a remake of Edge of the Seas ended up as a much longer (and epic) song that is complemented with a 5-chapters-long storyline.
Id like to credit these two friends of mine here who massively helped me put this project together:

[Chapter 2: Voyage to the Eternal Storm]
On the voyagers way towards the Eternal Storm - as guided by his relic, he must face a series of challenges to prove his worth. Will he be able to reach the storm as instructed? What lies beyond the eye of the storm?
After a fairly slow start with chapter 1, chapter 2 is where, in my opinion, starts ramping up, which means that its only going to get more exciting from here. (Expect even more notes in the upcoming chapters)
