Sheet Music Boss commented on this video for us to understand that their hard work they put in their MIDI compositions like their rushes isn't really for their passion or hobby, it’s the only job they have for their living. So for you to understand, use of their content such as their rushes (even fanmade) should be limited to downloads depending on how you guys may have composed or arranged it. It could be against the YouTube’s terms of service and Digital Millennium Copyright Act 1998 for stealing intros from SMB, or other large composers and/or giving away MIDI’s of their compositions for free. Unless if you do something different and make it your own rush or something, you should be fine. This is for all you SMB fans to understand, Good luck! ;)
