I have survived my own MIDI. Recording in total took 5:59:35 with the total size of ~21.1 GB.
I used an image of the video (not the note counter) at the end since I ended the recording early since I was bored during recording.
Since the MIDI is a short 10 second MIDI, I use 0.005% speed (Not sure but this is what I remembered) to nolag.
why did i put some effort into this

this is an edit that i did.
it removes all sustains, and after i did that, i made the midi look like itself again. but the edited midi has 7.60 million, so its close to the original.

Its basically the same melody over and over again with some transitions to different parts. The end is about 90% of the MIDI.
I might add on much more notes to the middle section (2nd biggest section) to make it more lag, but the end crash is good enough. A maximum of 250k+ polyphony and 200k+ notes per second.
