This video was made to celebrate the 10 years anniversary of Black MIDI Version of Two Faced Lovers made by The Super Mario Bros 2 and TheGamingNinja.

The original video with last midi (19.4 million version) has been hidden by TSMB2 (link: youtube.com/watch?v=f_IfiXuO--s) and now we can't tell that 12/07 is this the original date of the last midi in the series, but the original modify and creation date marks that it was made in that day and month (you can check it by yourself by downloading midi pack in description of this video youtube.com/watch?v=XmtiTkXcPJU). If so, we can tell that from creation date and until now has passed exactly 10 years.
