This theme really has that nice child-like wonder to it, coupled with the hint of sadness that reflects Kogasa perfectly. For this arrangement, I tried to take that to the forefront by having an obvious 2 part song. The first part being more an intense black metal section to reflect Kogasa's nature to scare people (cuz black metal scary 😱), and the second part being more post/atmospheric to reflect Kogasa's feelings after failing to scare anyone.
Next time you see her (she's probably hiding in plain sight), just pretend you're scared. Make her day.
