The first route will save about 15 seconds compared to the object climb and about 8 seconds compared to the other object boost route I found a few days ago. It's not easy to get through that last section alive though. The early 9mm pickup will save about 3 seconds in the next map because I won't need to grab the crowbar. Apparently it's not very hard to kill npc's with a phone.
