The first clip is just something I thought of after doing the route...lost speed on the bhop so it can be done faster. Not much health loss. In the first map the teleports don't matter because they don't save any time. Didn't bhop through the last part but you can crouch jump under or over the lasers. Next map is a route with no health loss...but you can also get hit by the zombies to gain extra speed.
