The real Hazard Course was released and they did a pretty amazing job on it. These are just some routes I found on my first and second playthrough. No major skips but I probably missed some things.

1. Skipping the stairs after the longjump module.
2. If you hold forward and spam jump you slowly climb these boxes
3. Picking up the longjump module then backtracking and jumping the boxes.
4. Wall climbing over the fence then jumping over the next fence.
5. Fastest route over the boxes.
6. There are a few ways to get through this area quickly, this is the easiest one.
7. Nade boost instead of using the stairs.
8. Swimming is slow so another nade boost from the door to the end of the room.
9. A bad example of bhopping over the railing. You can have a lot more speed by that point and probably jump right to the door.
10. Long jumping over the bridge.
11. Ladder boosting is much faster than the elevator here (obviously).
12. Jumping over the fire room. You can probably clear the entire room with one jump with a good ground strafe before you jump.
