This is now the 5th documented case of harassment by people online putting pressure on a Manga author to likely cancel their work. First we had Kei Urana and Andou for Gachiakuta. After that we got Syundei for Ganbare Nakamura-kun. Lastly we had Ikka Matsuki that wrote Nippon Sangoku back in July 2026 for not making trans gay romantic ships canon within his manga. Now we have Rei Hiroe getting harassed after suffering depression for many years.
