There are numerous vending machines set up around towns and cities. To claim ownership of a vending machine, you need lottery tickets for that town. These can be obtained through quests that are given in that town which are in most cases really cumbersome daily quests. You can cast any number of tickets you have, the more tickets you cast the higher the chances for you to be picked.
The tickets will be cast during a designated time which was 5pm during the second CBT and the player who wins the lottery will own that vending machine until the next lottery.
Once you own a vending machine you can go set it up. You can pick any item in your inventory for the machine to handle. After that you can decide the maximum capacity for how much of that item the machine will hold and at what price the machine will buy and sell that item.
Now I'm sure that hearing the word 'buy' will raise some eyebrows. The thing is that the vending machine not only sells, but can buy the designated item from other players.
So here's an example.
I decide to sell potato soup on my vending machine.
After registering a potato soup in my inventory I set it up so that the maximum capacity is 20 and that the machine will sell them at 3k gold and buy at 1k gold.
So the machine will sell potato soup at 3k gold and other players can also sell their potato soup at 1k gold to the machine though the maximum number of soup in the machine can't exceed 20 so if there's already 20 of them then the machine won't accept any more.
The next thing for me to do is to put any amount of potato soup I want in to the machine from my inventory [but can't exceed the limit I set] and deposit some gold so that the machine will have gold to buy potato soup from other players.
Then I'll click on the start selling button and my vending machine is operational. I can also check which machines I own by pressing Y.
Of course, players won't know that my vending machine set close to the potion merchant in Calpheon is selling delicious potato soup so it's also my job to advertise it on world chat.
You can also use the vending machine to buy certain items you want. An example; I need 300 iron ores to build a canon so I register an iron ore, set the buying price at 500 gold and the selling price at an obnoxiously high price then set the capacity limit to 300. After I'm done, people can freely come to the vending machine and sell their iron ores with ease while I'm out hunting, doing commerce, or cooking more potato soup at home.

![Kritika]Demon Blade going all out in PvP
There was an influx of new players thanks to the addition of Nexon account access. This also means a lot of new players and less experienced players with good gear. All of which proves as a wonderful chance for me to salvage what little remains of my dignity in PvP :P
But seriously, a level 20 shouldnt be PvPing. A well placed level 50 skill practically means instant death, even with the extensive stat balancing system. Kritika]Demon Blade going all out in PvP](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/ac-kDoYSn4c/mqdefault.jpg)
![Black Desert] 2nd CBT Everyday Life preview
Yeah, Id like to have a Ferrari as well.
Theres too many to go over but stuff that can be seen in this vid includes; NPC relations, message boards, pickpocketing, rounding up a horse, consignment sales, installing automated vendors, alchemy, cooking, camping, setting up trade, loading up a packing bag and cart with supplies, accepting a guild quest, building a watchtower, rain affecting the environment and character, setting up crop production on an exploration node, analyzing terrain info such as underground water supplies and temperature, assigning real estate usages. ![Vindictus : Arisha vs Red Tyrant
This run was made with the intention of showcasing two of Arishas new moves.
One of them is the rank A Sharpen Mana attack which is the air-strike she uses mid-combo.
The other is the melee version of Cast Mana which can be used after Diffusion Shift[her dash] or the rank A Sharpen Mana attack.
Theres a total of three added but one of them is currently unusable. Really, letting Arisha use the add-on attack for enhanced Ruin Blade after a teleport was a cool idea but not considering the fact that Ruin Blade depletes all SP and that the teleport requires SP to use is too ridiculous of an oversight. ![Vindictus : Patch Note on Arisha changes
I was planning on handling the patch notes concerning the changes to Arisha, but I remembered how horridly slow I grind levels.
So heres the summary of Arishas changes when she was released on premiere server. Remember that more adjustments are likely coming this way.
-Dimension Hole and Mana Region now drains mana from enemies.
-Increased the distance allowed to be away from a thrown Mana Stone
-When playing with Arisha, other Arishas mana stones will be shaded gray.
-Mana cost for Feast of Blade and Throwing Mana Stone while Mana Blade is active has been reduced.
-Increased the amount of mana drained with Sharpen Mana
-An add-on attack for Sharpen Mana is unlocked at rank A.
: this attack can be used once during a Sharpen Mana combo and you will continue your combo from where you left off after the attack.
-Cast Manas SP cost will be consumed when you teleport, not when marking the target.
-While a target is marked with Cast Mana, the add-on attack after an enhanced Ruin Blade can also be used if the player warps within 3 seconds.
-A melee version for Cast Mana has been added.
: This can be used by pressing the grab key after Diffusion Shift or after the Rank A add-on attack for Sharpen Mana.
The melee version for Cast Mana can drain mana from enemies.
-Damage for Feast of Blade nerfed
-Warp Hole will also have its damage increased with each skill rank
-Targets hit by Resonance will flinch
-The invincibility period for an enhanced Ruin Blade has been increased
-The minimum SP requirment for Ruin Blade has been increased to 250
-The damage for Ruin Blade has been nerfed
-The damage party members deal while Arisha is casting Lord of Mana will be dealt at once when the time-stop effect ends.
[Ive excluded the bug fixes]
And before anyone goes ERMAHGARD OP, the combined effect of some buffs and NX gear has my Arisha at 10k attack and there are no high level party members in this vid. Vindictus : Patch Note on Arisha changes](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/bPqgh9LJ3eU/mqdefault.jpg)
