Great, deep and troubling concerns around the matters of homelessness ethos and culture has become a major national topic of interest.
This is particularly interesting in light of 3 persons (all females) have been murdered in separate incidents by individual homeless persons. 1 in New York City, and 2 in Los Angeles.
Mysteriously, all 3 of the individual perpetrators, not knowing each other, were black citizens, descendants of chattel slaves, and first generation Jim Crow Survivors, of which while their pictures, or mug shots, reveal that they each are of such heritage, thus far, news commendation refuses to acknowledge this interesting demographic. Why?!?
However, is it so strange after all?
Note: While black citizens are a mere 11% of the national, USA population, they/we account for over 60% of the homelessness ethos and culture;
Whereas in Los Angeles city proper and county, black citizens are only 8-9% of the general census, yet, again, they/we are a devastating, over 40% of homelessness;
In LA's Skid Row, 90% are black males, followed by black females, then a non-black, multi-ethno-racial mix.
