Hear from Grambling State University Child Development Center Director Carol Alexander-Lewis who discusses the university’s partnership with Ascend at the Aspen Institute as part of the Black and Native Family Futures Fund. Grambling State University is one of eight partners that participated in the Fund. Building on strategies outlined in “Tapping the Talent of Student Parents: A Playbook for Postsecondary Leaders,” the Fund was designed to increase student parent access and success at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Tribal Colleges and Universities (TCUs).
