This key is supposed to be non-3d-printable ... Maybe my chinese DIY Printer doesn't know that.. It took a while and a little force to insert the key into the keyhole for the first time, but now it is working smoothly. To be fair, it is only working one way and not as reversible key any more due to the printing process (FDM) - but still, it is working...
The dark marks on the duplicate key come from inserting it several times, besides removing the print support structure, no post-processing was needed.
