Archaeologists from the Oxyrhynchus Archaeological Mission have uncovered tombs filled with colorful inscriptions, ritual scenes, unusual mummies, at Al-Bahnasa, in Egypt. What make this place rather odd is that they also found a set of funerary objects that look more like the remains of an ancient spiritual technology than simple grave goods.
