The new bow Biting Winds which can be acquired from Empire Hunts from Variks in Beyond Light has access to Swashbuckler which gives it the ability to land ONE HIT KILLS in PvP. This is a rare perk for a bow, and this video shows off a few build options to get the most out of this new legendary bow.
