In 2009, Satoshi Nakamoto invented Bitcoin and spawned a movement. His invention inspired thousands of spinoffs like NFT's, Proof of Stake, Yield farming, privacy coins, decentralized gaming platforms and a thousand other projects. But many see this is a distraction from the true mission of Bitcoin. "Bitcoin maximalists" see Bitcoin as unique and distinct from the tens of thousands of copycats. Only Bitcoin remains true to the promise of a sound money that will take away the power of politicians and banks to destroy our wealth through inflation. Our speaker David Veksler made the case that Bitcoin is unique and superior to all other Crypto assets.
