Bitcoin dominance means how much of all the money in crypto is sitting in Bitcoin. When that number falls, money is not leaving crypto. It is moving out of Bitcoin and into the smaller coins. That move is altcoin season.
It happens in three steps, always this order. Bitcoin goes up. Then dominance starts falling. Then the money shows up in the smaller coins.
This time we got step one and never step two. Bitcoin ran. Dominance held. So the money never moved.
Open the dominance chart next to the price chart. If dominance has not dropped, it has not started.
