This is the 2nd opening of the 1995 anime Bit the Cupid. It was one of the earliest TV anime to use digital ink and paint and 3DCG. That's the only thing notable about this otherwise forgotten anime. The crew who worked on it also went on to do the slightly more well-known anime Monkey Magic.
