So this is technically just a Bishop-focused mep part, but the reason the Rat King is featured in this video is that the loophole behind this is that he's Bishop's destroyer and Bishop based his design on himself. You know a clone of Bishop. He's cloned himself at least two or three times in TMNT 2003.
