The bible is very clear that the only way a person can be saved and reconciled to God is through faith in Jesus Christ. You can't ear or merit your salvation. You can't save yourself by keeping the laws. Even if you believe in Christ, you must believe in Christ alone for salvation. You can't be saved if you believe in Christ plus your own works for salvation. Bishop Barron doesn't believe the gospel himself and he is like a blind man leading a blind man astray. Any Christian worth their salt would have told Ben Shapiro that he must believe in Jesus Christ in order to be saved. That's the gospel.
