Collabs are allowed!
NONGs are allowed. Remixes before 2010 are allowed as long as they sync with the original song (permitting offsets).
Difficulty judgement will probably be somewhat loose since it's pretty subjective (you won't lose a point if you just barely make a hard demon)
C7 (Criterion 7) applies for each orb individually (the level does not need to be completable with 0 orbs).
C12 applies to the entire level.
All orbs must be interactable! You can still use them in deco; just make sure they're theoretically accessible.
C13 applies to the beginning of a level too-- even if you have no speed changes, you must include an orb for the starting speed.
You will lose C16 if I find a route that beats your level in less clicks than portals in the level, even if you tested it and found a less efficient route. Be safe and add more clicks, less portals!
All real (non fake) paths must be completable without noclip and must follow ILL possibility rules (aside from CPS limit).
