This advert features a group of children seated at a long table with a Sea Captain at the head. He cajoles them to, “Eat up me hearties - don’t want to be like Simon Sparrow who got to be no bigger than this pepper pot.”
By a special effect we see shrunken Simon Sparrow running along the centre of the table. The Captain says that he got like this by only pecking at his food but when he discovered Birds Eye Fish Fingers you could hardly stop him growing. We see Simon expand to normal size as he devours the fish fingers.
