Caution-video ends abrubtly. I tapped a couple of silver birch and got over 2 gallons of sap. Gravity is only 0005 so would have to be boiled down to 10% of its volume before you could ferment it to a worthwhile ale or wine without adding sugar. I added some malt and honey aiming to get an ale of about 6% abv. Flavoured with hops, cloves and coriander.
