Since the early 2000s, plastic washers also called biomedia have been washed up on the beaches in big quantities all around the world. 🌊🏖

Alerted by a volunteer, Surfrider Foundation Europe has conducted a massive investigation to understand the origin of this pollution. ⚠️❓

Following 10 years of research, the functioning of Waste Water Treatment Plant has been clearly pointed out. 🕵️‍♂️
