Blueview is the first to combine biodegradable materials with ultimate comfort and durability. Created by a team of biotech entrepreneurs, material scientists, and footwear experts, these shoes are not only great for your feet, but great for the Earth too! These shoes are made from newly engineered plant based & biodegradable materials that were invented to replace traditional "forever" petroleum plastics. The upper portion of the shoe is made of PlantKnit, which is a one piece, machine knitted fabric constructed from a blend of hemp and eucalyptus yarn. The bottom is made of Soleic, a new plant based and fully biodegradable polyurethane foam invented at their very own science labs in CA.
