This film stems from a deeply personal period in my life. As a young adult, I fell into depressive habits — skipping class, staying up late, feeding an endless internet addiction. I knew I was wasting my life. I just didn’t care.
Binge! is about witnessing your own self-destruction and feeling too numb to intervene. Worse — finding comfort in it.
