It's Binding of Isaac without items! ...Almost. The Wafer is used for later chapters and for certain bosses/floors that were too hard, I allow a trinket. Some of the early floors also pick up trinkets before I decided to ban them too. Cards are mostly allowed. Pickups like bombs and soul hearts are allowed (and later floors start with them). Goal is to clear every single room of the floor, and then fight the boss.
This series is just as much to show off the game's content as much as my own skill, so don't take it too seriously when I cheat and start with an advantage or segment up a run. Usually that just means it was too hard for me to do normally.

Silksong is here! Training for Steel Soul, I decided to record relatively clean battles vs every boss. Rules for each are simple; no tools, crests, or skills besides the default Hunter and Silkspear, no healing*, and my attacks deal half damage (via mod)
VERY hard fight. I got this victory without even really expecting it, hence the super sloppy play on the minions before. I allowed myself healing on the wave of minions pre-fight as well, but with a little more time I could have probably gone without even that. Maybe. Id talk about phase 3 strategy but truth is, I kinda just blundered through it on my third time reaching it in this run. Only thing I know for sure is that the only true time to silkspear is after she lands from throwing blades downward.")

Alternate Corpse floor! Plenty of neat stuff here, 3 possible bosses, (floor 2 is a reskinned Mother) with a decent chunk of unique enemies and hazards. Im rusty at Isaac lately so I started with some help.")

Deceptively hard. High HP, tricky movement, and Collector style ads. For a minor boss, this is certainly one not to take lightly.")

This is a boss that is WAY harder than I figured the first time around. It is lightning fast and if you arent very picky, you eat counters and blade beams all day. Pogos are effective, as is dash attacks. Take your time and buckle in, this is not an easy boss.")

The final boss, and possibly the hardest in the game. As usual, no heals, half damage, no tools.
Thats the end of the road, except modded bosses. Silksong is incredible and while I do have some small gripes with it, none of em are especially major. Will certainly be enjoying this one just as much as the original, and eagerly await whatever comes next from Team Cherry.")
