Here is binaural beats at 11 Hz, in the Alpha wave range. This frequency is associated with a relaxed, focused state, often used for flow, light study, or easing into a calm mindset.
11 Hz is made from two pure sine wave frequencies in different channels:
Left is 160 Hz
Right is 171 Hz
The result is 11 Hz. And while we humans can't hear 11 Hz as a frequency tone (or any frequency below 20 Hz), we can hear the pulsing created by the difference of the two frequencies.
And this 11 Hz can only be heard in the mind, as it sorts out the difference of the two sounds.
No noise or music layered underneath, just the tones themselves.
The best listening experienced is with headphones so each ear receives its isolated tone.
