Just to be clear, Bumblebee is not supposed to have that book as it has a bunch of information on an open case he’s not apart of! (Bee is a cop/detective)

It’s why Arcee was worried, confused and angry that he had it because he’s not supposed to be working on the case as Optimus deemed it too dangerous for him.
