It is Emily Leduc's birthday, and she is celebrating it with a lot of her friends, including DW, Penelope, Everly, Luna, and Brianna. This video also marks the debut of Emily's parents as well as Miley and Macy Stein, both of whom are good friends with Emily. Billy hears about Emily's birthday party, and he decides to sneak off to her family's house and crash the party, especially when he notices she and her friends are having the party in the backyard.
