We met up with our friend and customer Lyle McLachlan at our Algonquin store to discuss his custom Keewaydin 17 that he's named 'Louisa.' Bill brought along his personal Keewaydin 17, which he calls 'Loona,' so customers can see firsthand what tripping canoes withstand when they're used heavily in the backcountry. Both men show what their Swift boats look like after a few years on the water, and it's a great inside peak at canoe technology, laminate strength, and how every scratch tells a story!
