Billie Eilish officiates brother Finneas' wedding to Claudia Sulewski in front of her childhood idol, Justin Bieber! Billie, in an olive green gown, laughs as her older brother reads his vows to his bride. Also in attendance at the Santa Barbara event, Justin's wife, Hailey Bieber, Nina Dobrev, Kristen Bell, Dax Shepard, Emma Chamberlain and Jason Sudeikis. Last year, Finneas told ET how excited he was to marry Claudia, adding he'd be honored if Billie would sing or speak on their special day.
