My review of the sophomore album "Happier Than Ever" by alt pop artist Billie Eilish, produced entirely by her brother FINNEAS. After a record breaking debut album “When We All Fall Asleep Where Do We Go?”, Billie sat down to make a cohesive but expansive record that dealt with even darker topics. Did she succeed?
