Bill Moran, American Bladesmith Society Founder and Master Smith, demonstrates how to forge a blade in his shop in Maryland and tells how he began his career in bladesmithing. This 15 minute video documentary was filmed in Bill Moran's shop in 2004. It was produced by the Catoctin Center for Regional Studies and Frederick Community College with assistance from the Maryland Historic Trust and Maryland State Arts Council and was uploaded with their permission.
