Arguably one of the best villains in cartoon history (or heck, even in general)

So it's been a while since I uploaded a MAP part, as I've been very busy and don't have much time to draw (STEM degree, work, yeah..); I actually finished the majority of this back in 2020, but during my spring break I had a few hours of free time. So, the animation is older, but I'm still pretty happy with how this turned out, especially since I don't draw humans much!
