Here’s a look at biking the Shooting Star Bike Trail in southern Minnesota. It goes from Austin to LeRoy MN, so over 30 miles (over 60 for an out and back), but we turned around in Adams so for us it was a 30+ mile ride. We enjoyed it—especially having it all to ourselves! Definitely worth checking out if you’re ever in the area.
