Everyday, rain or shine, Bill pedals his bicycle up and down the street to hand out treats and spreads joy to the four legged residents of the Mesa Regal Community. This dedication to his community inspired us and warmed our hearts. So, we decided to meet up with Bill and offer him a new set of wheels.
