This is the first video in a series about cycling routes in Winnipeg. These routes are a combination of things we’ve tried on our own and some advice we have gotten from people in the know. This video will show you how we get from Ikea to Bridgwater. You must be a fairly confident cyclist to use this route, as it includes some shoulder riding on a busy freeway. This video shows the full length of the ride, minus the long wait at the lights. For a more condensed version, check out the other video.

05:50 Turn left on Commerce Dr.
06:18 Turn right on Kenaston and take the shoulder.
06:55 Take the path just past the tracks into the JOEY parking lot.
