This video features three different classrooms as they view and discuss art in the Dennos Museum Center galleries related to the book "Fry Bread," by Kevin Noble Maillard. This program is supported by a grant from Arts Midwest and the National Endowment for the Arts, in partnership with Traverse Area District Library.
The NEA Big Read aims to inspire conversation and discovery. Annually, the program supports approximately 75 dynamic community reading programs, each designed around a single NEA Big Read book.
