This week's Mixed Media Mayhem recipe calls for Sparkle, Stamping and Stenciling -- perfect for today's lift of a fun original by Brianna Lepper for Day 5 of 12 Days of Summer Scraplifts at Scrap Squad. Bri's page had a sunburst shining up from a watery base, settting off her poolside photo and lots of colorful embellishments. I also have a pool photo, one taken on our 39th anniversary in 2020 making big plans for our 40th "....when this Covid thing is over...." I used a Sweet Rush patterned paper for the watery waves, a Bramble Fox stencil for the sunburst, stitching, bubble and turtle stamps, My Sunshine sequins from SpiegelMom Scraps, a frame from Discover + Create and all tthe rest is from Bold + Bright -- also by Vicki Boutin. I love how it turned out -- Bold & Bright & Busy & Fun -- just the way I remember that wonderful day.
