10/31/12: Climate Silence ad produced by Forecast the Facts juxtaposing GOP Republican candidate Mitt Romneys mockery of global warming with Superstorm Sandy hitting the East Coast of the United States.
Beginning October 31, the ad ran on cable in Ohio (Columbus area) and Virginia (Loudon, Franklin, Prince William Counties).
The ad appeared on November 5-6 on broadcast news on the three major networks (WBNS, WSYX, WCMH) in Columbus, Ohio.
“Sandy is without question the October Surprise of 2012, and it has pushed climate change to the forefront of a campaign where it was previously almost entirely absent,” said Brad Johnson, campaign manager of Forecast the Facts.
